		<description>Lisa - Thank you for your comment and curiosity.  I&#039;d have to say that it&#039;s been more about holding on to something than simply letting go.  Holding on to active awareness is what enables me to let go, so this skill in particular has been quite valuable.  Letting go is a work in progress - at least for me.  While it feels easy when away on retreat the real test comes when you return.  By practicing active awareness I&#039;m much more aware of things that trigger reaction, distraction and simply don&#039;t align with my goals and objectives.</description>
